"A UNIVERSITY professor leading the fight against plans to expand the roads in Bute Park has accused Cardiff council leader Rodney Berman of devaluing public debate.
In a letter printed in the Echo today, Professor Kevin Morgan spoke out to criticise Coun Berman’s claim that the Bute Parks Alliance is motivated to cause political damage to his administration."
