"[...] Kum Nye is a gently transforming yet powerful holistic practise that works intuitively on every part of our being. The exercises used in Kum Nye have all been designed to awaken and encourage a healthy robustness. Its subtle effects may be felt through a feeling of: vitality within the body, peace of mind, and a buoyant spirit. This can be understood as a complete state of open relaxation that is our natural state of being, but something we seemingly lose through the increasing demands of present-day life. So by regularly practising Kum Nye we may actively move toward bringing our “being” back to its natural vibrant wholeness."
