Relaxing into Meditation from Amazon.co.uk

"In a nutshell, as you probably would have guessed from the title, this book covers the practice of meditation. It's very comprehensive and talks about many different techniques, meditation positions and posture, possible problems people encounter and how to deal with them... anything you need to know really. Although many (possibly all) of the practices are from the Buddhist tradition, it is written in a neutral, open manner, and you definitely don't need to consider yoursef a Buddhist to enjoy the various techniques. It's excellent for beginners, and I'd highly recommend it as one of the best books I have read for anyone who's got an interest in starting to meditate. " — Noreen Blanluet
