Charles and Camilla open Llandovery railway station

"A newly refurbished railway station which has been closed for nearly 20 years is being opened by Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.

Llandovery station in Carmarthenshire boasts a new waiting room, café and a display of historic local artefacts.

The railway first came to the town in 1858, but the station building was closed in 1992."
