The 20 policy fields that are already devolved to the Assembly remain the same - they include Education, Housing and Health. Areas such as Defence, Taxation and Policing will remain within the remit of the UK Parliament.
What changes as a result of the Yes vote in the referendum is that the Assembly will now be able to pass laws in those 20 devolved policy fields without having to refer to the UK Parliament first. Under the previous system, the Assembly had to seek approval from Westminster for primary legislative powers on a case-by-case basis."
