However when it is printed out in its full glory, it is easy to feel awed by the amount of work that will be needed in any competent review or evaluation of this technical specification. Any reviewing organization, say ISO for example, has its work cut out for it if any level of quality it to be attained during the review. One wonders if it is feasible to either evaluate or even implement."
