"It is with great sadness we announce that we will be discontinuing with the Ewedrive service from Friday 8th Feb 2008.
We have taken this step due to the full focus we now need to give to our Desktop On Demand (DOD) service based on recent developments and because as a small company we simply do not have the resources to support two independent services. DOD, however, will be soon relaunched to incorporate many of the features of Ewedrive, taking remote file access to a whole new level, and provide a feature set that will make for a very powerful and exciting remote desktop service.
While we are sure you will disappointed by this announcement, we hope that you will be able try our DOD service in due course for yourself. You will find information and demo video about the current beta service at www.desktopondemand.com.
Unfortunately it will not feasible for us to transfer your account and files from Ewerdrive to DOD and therefore we are unable to offer an easy internal migration process."
