"Fix My Street is a fantastic website that allows people to report problems to the council very quickly and very efficiently, simply by selecting the location of the problem on a map and entering a one sentence description. That’s it. The report is then automatically sent to the appropriate department at Cardiff Council to fix it, which they tend to do pretty quickly."
