Work starts on Butetown redevelopment

"Building work is underway on a £13 million project to regenerate one of Cardiff’s most deprived areas.

The three-year long scheme to revitalise Butetown will include a new health centre, shopping parade, and 62 affordable homes.

Work started on redeveloping Loudoun Square last week as part of a collaboration between Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA), the city council, and the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board."
